The Music Box Summer Drama Week

The Frog Prince

This year's summer drama week was a great success with a cast of boys and girls aged 5 to 10 years performing Malcolm Sircom's 'The Frog Prince' at Stewarton Area Centre on Friday 22 July.

Without exception the children worked incredibly hard throughout the week and their exceptional performances were testimony to this.

Next year's summer drama week is planned for Monday 17 to Friday 21 July. Check back nearer the time for full details and booking forms.

How Does Your Garden Grow Take 1

This summer our Arty and The Monkey Tales drama project was another terrific success with 40 children taking part over two weeks.

In each of the two weeks the children worked with Gills McDaniel making props and scenery and with Naomi on their words, songs and dances and on the Friday performed 'How Does Your Garden Grow' for an audience of family and friends.

This was the sixth successful project and The Music Box is working with Gills McDaniel planning the next one which is set to take place over five Saturdays in the run-up to Christmas. Check back soon for full details and a booking form.
