Stewarton & District Community Council Get New Bus

A new 16 seat mini-bus has been delivered to the Stewarton and District Community Council. Over £10,000 was raised to enable the replacement of the 10 years-old Community Bus. Of particular note are the £8000 grant made by the Post Code Trust; the £1545 raised by the Community Council Ceilidh; and the very generous gift of £750 donated by Stewarton Boys Brigade. The new vehicle should be seen around the Town before the end of October.
