This year's annual Bonnet Guild 5-a-side Football Tournament took place on Sunday and Monday this week at Cocklebie Park.

For the seniors, The Smugglers Inn Trophy, sponsored by Smugglers Inn, was won by "We're Fizzy he's Ginger". Second place went to "Stewarton Allstars", third to "Bar-cel-ona" and fourth to "Dougie's Blue & White Army".

The Junior Football Tournament was sponsored by Zayka Indian Restaurant. Primary 5 winners were "Lainshaw Warriors". Primary 6 & 7 winners were "Stewarton Annick 1", second place went to "Bonnet FC" and third to "The Rankin Crew".


The Dean McGregor Memorial Trophy for the Secondary section, was presented by Claire McGregor. The winners were "Greg's Team". In second place was "Ginger United" and third were "Archie's Ices".
