The Bonnet Guild would like to thank all individuals, sponsors, participants, traders and dignitaries who supported this year's very successful Bonnet Guild Festival. Congratulations to the Corsehill Queen Kaitlin McKie and her court - all of whom performed their duties exceptionally well.
The best dressed window competition was won by RS McColls, 2nd place The Coffee Pot and 3rd Ayrshire Cancer Support.
Sunday, June 13 Senior 5-A-Side Football at Cocklebie Park was won by the Cunning Stunts, in 2nd place San Antonio, 3rd I Spat the Dummy and 4th True Blues.
On Monday, June 14 the Junior Football Tournament took place at Cocklebie Park. Primary 6&7 Category was won by World Cup Wonders, 2nd place Bonnet Galacticos and 3rd place Red & White Army. Primary 3, 4 & 5 - 1st The Supremos, 2nd Stewarton Ultras. 1st-3rd year won by A.B.E. 2nd Stewarton Madrid, 3rd place Custard Cream County.
On Tuesday, June 15, thirty seven cars took part in the Car Treasure Hunt which was won by the Armour party from Bridgend. 2nd place went to the Fergusons from Lothian Road and in 3rd place was James Byrne from Kirkmuir Drive.

Boys Singles Secondary - 1st Ross Murray, 2nd Scott Douglas. 1st Robbie McClure, 2nd Sam Sheach. Boys Singles Primary 7 - 1st Craig Fleck, 2nd Ryan Sommerville, 3rd Jack Ewing. Hundreds of people turned up to watch Kaitlin McKie be crowned Corsehill Queen in Avenue Square alongside her court. The streets were lined with well-wishers who watched the queen's parade, accompanied by her court, decorated floats and community groups as they made their way along High Street, Main Street and Lainshaw Street and up to the grounds of Lainshaw Primary.
Special thanks go to all the organisations and individuals that put in such a tremendous effort in providing decorated "Flower Power" floats for Saturday's parade. This year saw a total of 8 floats taking part in the parade with Sainsbury's winning the adult section and 20th Ayrshire Scouts winning the junior prize.
