Stewarton is soon to be home to Penney Lane Studios, a working art studio and gallery.
Unit 9, 17 Avenue street, has been let by local Christian artist, Linette Penney, and visitors to the studio will be able to watch her at work when they view the gallery.

Linette's artwork ranges from beautiful pastel drawings to innovative contemporary art. She designs and paints theatre scenery and also creates a wide range of metalwork sculptures and original handmade cards. Customers will also be able to commission original works of all kinds.

Penney Lane Studios' grand opening is planned for early December.
