Another Gold Award For Stewarton Band - 11 Apr 2010
Stewarton Academy Senior Wind Ensemble took part in the finals of the National Concert Band Festival Finals this weekend and have added yet another Gold Award to their collection.
The band, under the direction of Alan Friel, played Antares, by Richard Saucedo, Ballad For Benny, by Phillip Sparke, and At Dawn They Slept, by Jay Bocook, at the Birmingham Conservatoire yesterday afternoon.
